I have had a long and fun history with real estate throughout Northwest Florida stretching out in all directions from my adopted hometown of Chipley. There is a real benefit in working with an agent that has their roots in the more rural portions of our area, we know the back roads and have a real knowledge of the area. We also know our bigger neighboring areas, because let’s face it there are just more homes for sale in those areas and we go where the listings are for our clients. While 2023 marks the grand opening of my own office, I have been training for this my whole career. Every Seller I have ever listed a property for and every Buyer I have helped find the right home have helped me grow my business and experience. The only difference now is that my name is on the door, and it means that my clients will be able to count on me that much more, too. There is a pride that comes with obtaining a Broker’s license and it makes your chest swell a little more when you finally put your name on the front of your own building. At the same time, it is very humbling to know that every client, agent, and Broker that I have ever worked with helped get me here.
